Hoodlum

Hoodlum is an unnamed street gang member who first appears in the Dirty Pair Flash episode "Runaway Angel". He is later seen again at the end of "Lovely Angel" where it is revealed that he is the boyfriend of Lily. The name "Hoodlum" is what he is credited as.
