Summary

Kei and Yuri are asked to catch a data thief within WWWA building. Chief Fangoria, from WWWA R&D asked for them, which surprises them. The real culprit, however, is an experimentally intelligence enhanced mice, Algernon. Algernon commands the mice of the city to take the WWWA building hostage and free his mate, Chichi. They are given a flea by Dr. Jesse that will reverse the mices' intelligence. Chichi, accidentally, gets sucked by the flea instead of Algernon. Out of despair over the loss of his mate Algernon commits suicide.

Etymology

Algernon is a direct reference to Flowers for Algernon, the original story this episode is based on.
